This means becoming a key member of a skilled team of project management and PMO experts who will lead, shape, transform and digitize our E.ON businesses across Europe. **Your Role** – meaningful & rewarding * You will support with a set of PMO activities on our key programs across the E.ON Group and leverage the work on our methodology * You will contribute to defining our Project Management/PMO methodology and establishing a knowledge management approach to keep it up to date across E.ON * You develop and professionalize our Project Services practice by contributing to the multiple internal activities like communication, team building, standard operating procedure documentation and so forth **Your Profile** – authentic & open-minded * You are an enrolled student in a study program related to IT, Business Administration or with a similar focus (for at least 1- 1,5 more years) * You have already gained first basic project management experience and technology knowledge * Curiosity, proactivity and can-do attitude regarding the topics 'on your plate' * Forward looking thinking, sound judgment and comfort with ambiguity * Good communication skills, written and oral * Business fluent in English and German **Our Benefits** – smart & useful * **Enjoy flexibility:** You can combine coming to the office and working from home flexibly.
