## Summary Statement
Working as a student trainee in the **Academy Service & Online Learning** department of the Global Academy gives you the opportunity to get to know the day-to-day business of a globally active company. With our Learning Management System "myLearning" we make sure that every user worldwide receives the training needed - be it a refresher course e.g. in biomechanics, anatomy or a certification course for one of our high-tech products.
We are looking for you to join our team **immediately** with **20 hours per week**. We always offer the possibility to work from home office.
## Duties & Responsibilities
* You accompany the global rollout plan of the Learning Management System
* You contribute to projects in the area of e-learning/blended learning and support the visualization of projects
* You model business processes for trainings and certifications with different tools and notations (BPMN 2.0, data flow diagrams, EPK's, etc.)
* You are also part of the project documentation
* You support data backup, reporting and system maintenance (e.g. upload of training materials)
* You help the team with the validation of the system
## Profile
* You are a student (Bachelor's or Master's degree) of (business) computer science, new media or a comparable discipline
* You ideally have some practical experience with IT systems/digital learning formats such as e-learning, blended learning and new learning technologies
* You are proficient in the common MS-Office tools, especially MS-Excel and Power-Point
* You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
* You can quickly familiarize yourself with new IT applications
* You like to work independently and in a structured way and actively contribute to the team
