**What you will do**
* Engineer data pipelines: Develop, maintain and optimize ETL workflows to ingest, process, and structure property data from diverse sources. using modern data engineering tools and practices
* Architect data solutions: Design scalable data models and warehouses to enable advanced analytics use cases
* Enable data accessibility: Build self-service tools for stakeholders to access curated datasets (replacing manual data requests, mainly in Power BI)
* Documentation: Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation by preparing manuals and supporting workshops for handovers
**What you bring**
* Solid programming skills in Python (preferably PySpark) or SQL
* Experience or strong interest in cloud platforms (Azure) and data pipeline tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or similar)
* Understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration concepts
* Initiative and an enterprising, hands-on mentality
* Experience with MS Office 365 and the willingness to explore and leverage different Microsoft tools
* Very strong (native-level) German language skills, Business intermediate in English
* You must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract
* You need to be enrolled at a university or center of further education during the internship
