Deine Aufgaben
- •Coordinate the entire product cybersecurity testing process
- •Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders
- •Receive and process testing requests via Jira
- •Share and review intake forms with Business Units
- •Plan and facilitate mandatory meetings
- •Coordinate workshops to clarify technical or process questions
- •Ensure timely communication between Business Units, Testing Laboratories, and IT
- •Oversee preparation and distribution of required deliverables
- •Manage and update Jira tickets
- •Update the Lessons Learned Dashboard
- •Act as the primary liaison for all parties involved
- •Contribute to process improvements and service optimization
- •Schedule and lead meetings throughout the testing lifecycle
- •Coordinate with IT for infrastructure access and approvals
- •Manage documentation flow and ensure deliverables are archived
- •Handle escalations and support issue resolution
- •Update asset inventories and lessons learned records
