# Working Student (f/m/d) - Customer Support Strategy & Operations Team
**ABOUT THE TEAM**
The Customer Support Strategy & Operations Team provides the foundation for SAP Customer Support Delivery of an industry-leading end-to-end customer support experience, fueled by AI, and an application & content lifecycle that empower customers to drive business transformation and leverage SAP innovations while ensuring SAP Solutions operate at their best by providing a scalable and integrated delivery backbone.
**THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Head of Strategy & Operations for SAP’s global Customer Support and Cloud Lifecycle Management organization, the successful candidate will be working on critical initiatives including value realization tracking, AI implementation, and broader operational projects. You will work directly with leaders across the Customer Support Strategy and Operations team to help define, track, and drive value creation and operational excellence initiatives that align with our organizational priorities.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of **strategy, innovation, AI, and operational execution** in a dynamic, real-world environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity for exposure to strategic planning, value realization methodologies, and operational best practices while gaining practical experience in AI-driven operational initiatives including
**Value Realization Tracking:**
* Assist in the development and refinement of frameworks to track and measure the financial and operational outcomes of strategic initiatives.
* Design, maintain, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor value delivery across initiatives.
**AI Implementation Support:**
* Support operationalization efforts of AI-related initiatives, including documentation of use cases, process mapping, and progress tracking.
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI integration and measure effectiveness.
**Operational Excellence and Process Improvement:**
* Contribute to initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
**Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication:**
* Engage with internal stakeholders to collect requirements, gather feedback, and document business processes.
* Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and written communications to support leadership decision-making.
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
* Student (f/m/d) at a university in one of the preferred fields of study: Business, Computer Science or a related field.
* Computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
* Familiarity or interest in AI, digital technologies, and emerging trends is a plus
* Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
* Language skills: English, German is a plus
* Soft skills:
* Strong written and verbal communication capabilities, with the ability to distill complex information clearly.
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and a passion for operational excellence and strategic thinking.
* Other:
* Exposure to Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
* Prior work or project experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or technology environments.
As an attractive employer we offer you a salary that is based on the current "Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte von Unternehmen im Bereich Dienstleistungen in der automatischen Datenverarbeitung und Informationstechnik", a minimum of 1700€ gross/month/full time for interns and 2473€ gross/month/full time for working students, in addition to generous additional benefits.
