# Working Student (f/m/d) - Customer References & Virtual Events
**What you'll do**
In this role, you will be a member of the Advocacy & Enablement team within the Global Customer References & Advocates organization, focusing on supporting customer reference activities. You will help plan and execute virtual events, support our awards program and contribute to our sales enablement efforts.
Additionally, you will assist an experienced team with a range of communications, enablement and data reference activities:
* Actively engage in the design and content management of internal assets (newsletters, emails, and SharePoint pages)
* Professional writing, editing, and proofreading of internal and external communications
* Engage with key stakeholders throughout various levels of the organization to ensure alignment on strategic programs when applicable
* Support various strategic projects from planning, execution, and measuring/tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
**What you bring**
We’re looking for someone who is detail-orientated, takes initiative, and stays curious. You enjoy working with people from different disciplines and cultures, and contributing to the team’s and the company’s mission.
* Recent graduate or student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing or Communications
* Ability to manage projects and timelines, following up with key stakeholders
* Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
* Detail-orientated and interested in project management
* Curious and eager to learn
* Demonstrated self-starter
* Interested in the technology and software industry
* Computer skills: Advanced
* Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Adobe Suite
* Language skills: fluent in English, and German as a plus
**Meet your team**
The Global Customer References & Advocates organization helps drive revenue, increase brand perception, and improve customer loyalty by creating and nurturing lasting impactful relationships with customers. The Advocacy & Enablement team drives global programs such as Customer Conversations (virtual events), Customer Connect Centers (in-person events), Flagship Customer Program, SAP Innovation Awards, and manages and coordinates all internal communications and channels.
