# Working Student (f/m/d) - Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success Team
**What you'll do**
As a working student (f/m/d) in the Customer Experience (CX) Customer Success team, you’ll play a key role in supporting our mission to help customers in the consumer goods and retail industry get the most value from their SAP solutions. You’ll work closely with customer success managers to prepare impactful presentations for both internal and customer-facing meetings, ensuring our messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with customer needs.
You’ll contribute to content creation that supports our communication strategy—ranging from internal updates to customer-facing materials. You’ll also assist in planning and organizing events for customers and partners, and have the opportunity to participate in these events, gaining valuable exposure to real-world customer engagement.
Occasionally, you’ll dive into internal reporting tools to help analyze revenue data, supporting strategic decision-making with accurate insights. Your work will directly contribute to building strong customer relationships and driving success across the team.
**What you bring**
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
* Strong skills in PowerPoint and a good eye for visual storytelling.
* Comfortable working with Excel and analyzing basic data sets.
* Fluent in English and German.
