The Risk Management, Controls & Governance Unit is a central contact in Corporate IT for Audit, Cloud Governance, Data Protection, Information Security and Risk Management.
As a working student in the unit Risk Management, Controls & Governance you will support the team significantly in delivering excellent service.
You will have the opportunity to support the team, especially in the area of Intercompany Contracts and License Management within Corporate IT.
The unit is located in Eschborn.
**Your responsibilities:**
* You regularly communicate with the relevant stakeholders to actively support in the intercompany contract consultancy
* You create, renew and cancel the Annex documents
* You upload and manage documents in the DBAG Software License platform, ensuring proper categorization and compliance
* You maintain organized digital records and ensure timely updates to document repositories
* You perform quality checks on uploaded documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
* You collaborate and support ongoing administrative (project related) tasks; analysis and reporting using MS Excel; support creation and formatting of MS PowerPoint presentations
* You assist in organizing team meetings and managing general documentation on platforms like JIRA or SharePoint to support team coordination and task tracking
**Your profile:**
* You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 2 semesters
* Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in the IT of financial institutions (e.g. working student or internships)
* You are interested in IT and Governance topics in general as well as in communicating with different stakeholders
* You are able to work independently with a high degree of reliability but at the same time you are a team player with excellent communication skills at different levels
* You have very good knowledge specifically in Power Point, SharePoint or JIRA
* You are fluent in written and spoken English. German language skills would be an advantage
