Mars is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Category Development Working Student (all genders) to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be offered a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in category management while contributing to various tasks critical to our business' success. You will work closely with the Category Development team to support in-depth competitor analysis, planogram creation, reporting, trade deck preparation, promotional insights, and more.

# What will be your key responsibilities?
* Conduct comprehensive competitor analysis to identify market trends, product assortments, pricing strategies, and promotional activities generating valuable insights for decision-making.
* Assist in the creation of planograms and provide support to ensure efficient execution.
* Support with the development of trade presentations for customer meetings by gathering and organizing relevant data and insights.
* Analyze promotional insights tailored to different customer segments and actively participate in the Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) process through close collaboration.
