# Working Student (f/m/d) - Business Support & Operations - Global Premium Engagements Xperience
**What you'll do**
You will support the Global Premium Engagements Xperience head and his office in their daily work to ensure SAP MaxAttention customers’ success. Your focus will be on business administration and operations. We are looking for a committed and passionate working student (f/m/d) to support with the following:
* Supporting with KPI tracking & analytics
* Support in daily administrative tasks such as meeting scheduling and management, e.g. monthly and quarterly business reviews with higher management
* Meeting preparation for business steering meetings incl. collecting and structuring content,
* Writing meeting minutes, tracking action items, and scheduling follow-ups
* General calendar management for alignment across multiple calendars and effectively scheduling meetings, especially with external stakeholders and leadership
Learning & development opportunities:
* Close alignment with higher management will provide you with a broad insight into a global team that is crucial to the success of SAP’s most strategic customers
* You’ll be in touch with many stakeholders inside and outside the PE organization which is an excellent position to start establishing your own network
* Get to know professional business operations & reporting and insights in effective business decision preparation process and methodologies
The preferred starting date is October 1st, 2025 (as soon as possible on agreement).
**What you bring**
* Bachelor or Master student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Controlling, Information Systems, or related fields of study
* Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel),
* Experience in analytics (e.g. Analysis for Office) and SAP reporting tools are additional assets
* Very good English skills (spoken and written), German on conversational level
* Analytical thinking and drive to execute new ideas
* Strong organizational skills, reliable team player, ability to prioritize and multi-task, attention to detail
* Previous work experience (including as working student or intern) in a corporate / international environment and/or in KPI reporting

SAP’s Premium Engagements (PE) are key services such as our flagship offering SAP MaxAttention. We’re supporting SAP’s biggest and most strategic customers with these exclusive services, guiding them on their journeys to becoming cloud-enabled intelligent enterprises. The PE employees have unique expertise across SAP’s numerous software products and serve our customers by being their trusted advisors.
The Global Premium Engagements Xperience (PEX) team is the central governing organization for our high-touch services: Managing the PE brand, service portfolio, delivery methodology and capabilities, as well as the interaction with all stakeholders across SAP. Worldwide over 5.000 experienced SAP colleagues are engaging with PE customers, delivering PE services, and ensuring an premium experience. To scale the value of PE beyond the top SAP customer base, the global PE team is striving to industrialize PE service content leveraging smart technologies and intelligent delivery capabilities.
