Anforderungen
- •Enrollment at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Information Systems, Data/AI, Engineering, Communications, or related field
- •Communication excellence: Clear writing and confident presentation skills
- •Facilitation skills: Designing and leading workshops
- •Consulting mindset: Structured problem-solving and stakeholder empathy
- •Curiosity and initiative: Proactive learner with interest in AI enablement
- •English language proficiency required; German is a strong plus
- •Experience creating micro learning, job aids, or playbooks
- •Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Confluence, and basic analytics
- •Exposure to change management methods or community building
