Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in a Master’s program in Information Systems, Data/AI, Engineering, Communications, or related field
- •Communication excellence and ability to explain complex topics simply
- •Facilitation skills and comfort in designing and leading workshops
- •Consulting mindset with structured problem-solving and stakeholder empathy
- •Curiosity and initiative with genuine interest in AI enablement and change management
- •English language proficiency; German is a strong plus
- •Experience creating micro learning, job aids, or playbooks
- •Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint/Confluence, and basic analytics
- •Exposure to change management methods or community building
