Anforderungen
- •Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Data/AI, Engineering, or related field
- •Validated Python, API usage, and basic data handling skills
- •Familiarity with cloud AI services (e.g., Microsoft Azure AI/OpenAI, or similar platforms)
- •Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- •Comfortable designing and leading workshops; adept at gathering and integrating feedback
- •Proactive learner with a genuine interest in AI enablement and change management
- •Collaborative, proactive, and eager to work across IT, data, and business teams
- •Fluency in Italian and English
- •Experience with Git, basic MLOps, or building technical demos
- •Experience working in agile teams or with knowledge management tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint)

- •Support AI adoption by identifying and prototyping AI-driven solutions
- •Co-troubleshoot teams during AI pilot projects
- •Design and implement role-specific enablement activities for AI integration
- •Document and organize practical guides and FAQs from AI projects
- •Update internal wikis and Confluence pages with AI resources
- •Maintain and enrich the internal technical knowledge base
- •Contribute to the AI Champions network and peer learning communities
- •Foster a culture of experimentation and responsible AI use
- •Share success stories and demonstrate new AI tools to inspire colleagues
- •Stay updated on AI industry developments and share insights with the team
- •Collect adoption metrics and feedback to refine enablement strategies
