Anforderungen

  • •Understanding business requirements and translating them into technical steps
  • •Knowledge of HTTP/REST & JSON; ability to obtain data via API
  • •Basic understanding of AI and avoiding errors/hallucinations
  • •Independent working style and concise, well-structured documentation in German and English
  • •Familiarity with SharePoint/Teams/Copilot and connectors
  • •Basic knowledge of PHP or general scripting
  • •Security awareness in data transmission and processing
  • •Pragmatic and secure handling of test data and tokens
  • •Effectiveness before perfection with small POCs and fast learning loops
  • •Curiosity, systematic thinking, and basic API knowledge

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Develop AI agents for internal use
  • •Connect various systems including SAP, Salesforce, and Zendesk
  • •Understand use cases and evaluate suitable Microsoft connectors
  • •Activate and test Microsoft connectors and alternatives
  • •Document API access and configurations
  • •Configure and test agents for correct interface usage
  • •Identify and document potential enhancements
  • •Work independently on pragmatic proof of concepts
  • •Receive 2–4 hours of sparring per week
