# Working Student (f/m/d) - Adopt to Consume Transformation Team Support

**ABOUT THE TEAM**
The mission of CPIT Adopt to Consume, as part of the Strategy & Operations board area, is to enhance customer and employee satisfaction and deliver exceptional experiences across all Lines of Service. This mission spans the entire lifecycle, from Service Portfolio and Sales to Delivery, guided by a structured methodology. The key objectives of the Adopt to Consume Transformation team include unifying, standardizing, and automating processes powered by AI — ensuring consistent data flow and accuracy. Additionally, the team focuses on driving innovation and adoption, improving system integration, and fostering the exchange of best practices while learning from top performers. These objectives are pursued in close collaboration with SAP’s Customer Success & Delivery board area.
**THE ROLE**
As a Working Student, you will support the Adopt to Consume Transformation team in driving key initiatives forward. Your contribution will include:
* Assisting with daily operations, including coordinating with business stakeholders across regions and supporting the translation of cloud transformation concepts into executable deliverables for software engineering teams
* Contributing to the development of content and communication materials for various transformation initiatives
* Supporting organizational tasks such as creating newsletters, organizing workshops, documenting processes, and developing enablement materials
**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
* Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
* Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Information Technology, Business Informatic
* Computer skills: MS Office and a familiarity with business applications would be a plus
* Language skills: fluent in English, German would be a plus
* Soft skills: Problem-solving and analytical skills, team player, good in communication
* We require working from Walldorf office at the beginning regularly, after training phase it is up to discussion with the team and manager
* Others: working experience is a plus
