- •Create onboarding presentations for customers
- •Support Customer Success Managers in customer interactions
- •Prepare for customer calls and follow up on action items
- •Shadow Customer Success Managers during customer calls
- •Collaborate with professors and academic contacts for the Academic Edition
- •Set up workspaces and plan guest lectures and workshops
- •Maintain customer data and manage internal processes
- •Organize internal meetings for product learning and knowledge sharing
- •Handle tasks like MTM setup and Salesforce reporting
- •Assist in organizing community events
- •Update and manage Confluence pages
- •Stay informed about product updates and share changes with customers
- •Support Customer Success Managers in achieving their OKRs
- •Develop and update demo workspaces for specific use cases
- •Learn key Customer Success metrics like NDR
- •Organize team activities to enhance team spirit and productivity
- •Participate in team and company-wide meetings and workshops
- •Build a strong cross-departmental network
