- •Manage the team inbox and respond to incoming emails
- •Prepare monthly newsletters and surveys with experts
- •Create high-quality communication materials in various formats
- •Produce engaging enablement videos using Synthesia software
- •Script, edit, and enhance video content based on feedback
- •Update and maintain the video library for team accessibility
- •Regularly update the internal SharePoint site with the latest materials
- •Organize content within SharePoint for easy navigation
- •Collaborate with IT to resolve SharePoint technical issues
- •Design impactful presentation slides for business concepts and KPIs
- •Assist the team lead with meeting preparations and follow-ups
- •Maintain an organized shared team folder
- •Support other working students as needed
