- •2+ years of Workday experience in development and configuration
- •Expertise in Reporting & Dashboards and HCM modules
- •Knowledge of Security, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, Performance, Learning, or Recruiting
- •Strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- •Strong Excel and analytical skills
- •Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- •Fluent English (German is a plus)
