- •Proficiency in multiple integration areas (i.e. Workday Studio, Connectors, EIBs)
- •Experience from several full-cycle Workday implementations
- •Ability to meet client travel requirements
- •Effective interpersonal skills
- •Analytical thinking and problem-solving
- •Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- •Excellent communication skills in English
- •Strong desire to work with clients
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- •Fluency in German
- •Up-to-date Workday Integration or Workday Studio certification
- •Cloud Connect Third Party Payroll and Benefits experience
- •Ability to work closely with a global team
- •Workday Reporting/PRISM/Extend experience
- •Workday HCM or Financials functional / consulting experience
