## Job Description
**About your tasks:**
* Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and our HR/Workday core team.
* Analyze business processes to find areas for improvement. Work closely with the Workday Product Owner to prioritize and manage system enhancements.
* Gather and document business requirements and turn them into Workday specifications.
* Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and requirement specifications.
* Help with the development, testing, and deployment of Workday configurations as well as support and troubleshoot Workday-related issues for end-users.
## Qualifications
**About you:**
* Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, T&A, and related modules.
* Proven skills in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
* Experience of working with Jira and Confluence.
* Great communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
