**Responsibilities**
Are you currently enrolled at a university or college and excited to gain real-world product management experience at a global tech company? Join our Product Management team in Karlsruhe and take the first steps in your professional journey!
* Support the **Product Management team** in day-to-day tasks spanning product strategy, delivery operations, stakeholder communication, and internal enablement.
* Research market trends, user needs, and competitor offerings to help inform roadmap decisions and improve our product positioning.
* Contribute to the documentation and organization of product requirements, customer feedback, and cross-functional input in various tools
* Help maintain and grow our internal global knowledge-sharing community.
* Take ownership of small-scale initiatives or workstreams — from concept to execution — that make a measurable impact on product success.
* Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
**Requirements**
* You are an enrolled student in business administration, business informatics, international management, industrial engineering, product or project management, marketing, or a related field.
* You are seeking a working student position to gain practical experience alongside your studies (up to 20 hours/week during the semester and up to 40 hours/week during lecture-free periods).
* You bring a structured mindset, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in SaaS, product development, and digital transformation.
* You are proactive, reliable, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction across departments and with stakeholders.
* Fluency in German and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma is a plus — but not required.
**What we offer**

* Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
