Anforderungen
- •Enrollment in university or college in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- •Fluency in German and good English skills
- •Strong analytical skills with focus on detail and accuracy
- •Proficiency in payroll software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP, ADP)
- •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

- •Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and organizing monthly payroll data for 10 countries
- •Ensure accuracy for over 1,200 employees across Germany and EMEA
- •Manage assigned benefit categories and focus areas autonomously
- •Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- •Address employee inquiries through the HR ticketing system
- •Resolve questions about payment, payslip access, and vacation calculations
- •Ensure accurate time recording for working students
- •Calculate payments in alignment with contract terms and local labor laws
- •Generate and review payroll reports
- •Verify data accuracy and support monthly payroll processing
- •Identify and analyze areas for potential efficiency gains within payroll operations
- •Assist in designing and implementing strategic improvements to streamline payroll workflows
- •Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for payroll processes
- •Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing global payroll projects and initiatives
