• •Assist in payroll preparation by compiling and organizing monthly payroll data for 10 countries
• •Ensure accuracy for over 1,200 employees across Germany and EMEA
• •Manage assigned benefit categories and focus areas autonomously
• •Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
• •Address employee inquiries through the HR ticketing system
• •Resolve questions about payment, payslip access, and vacation calculations
• •Ensure accurate time recording for working students
• •Calculate payments in alignment with contract terms and local labor laws
• •Generate and review payroll reports
• •Verify data accuracy and support monthly payroll processing
• •Identify and analyze areas for potential efficiency gains within payroll operations
• •Assist in designing and implementing strategic improvements to streamline payroll workflows
• •Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive documentation for payroll processes
• •Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing global payroll projects and initiatives
