Anforderungen

•Approximately 5 years of experience in renewables project development
•College/university degree in Engineering
•Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
•Affinity to commercial topics
•Solid understanding of technical and economic aspects of wind power plants
•Fluency in English and German
•Fluency preferably in Swiss German dialect
•Additional language knowledge, particularly French, is an advantage
•Great leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

•Coordinate wind energy and BESS projects from the investor's side
•Oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and planning
•Manage licensing, construction, and technical work processes
•Focus on projects in Switzerland, including German-speaking areas
•Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key partners
•Generate investment and business development leads for renewables
•Identify and mitigate potential risks to partnership projects
•Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and monitor changes
•Coordinate efficiently with internal teams and external partners
•Report strategic matters to Green Assets Management regularly
•Stay updated on advancements in wind energy and related technologies
