Why join our team? With the growth of Smart TVs, Samsung has developed a new platform to bring TV and digital together, called Samsung TV Plus. For the first time, advertisers can use real-time Samsung TV viewing behaviour to reach consumers in new and innovative ways via our own streaming / FAST service (Free adsupported streaming television).

Samsung TV Plus (part of ESBO – European Service Business Organisation) is responsible for creating new FAST channels and bringing 3rd party FAST channels onto the TV Plus service in 16 European territories. This is a new opportunity within the ever-growing CTV media industry on top of the global footprint of European Samsung Smart TVs. The EU Business Development Team (BD) is working to create value for partners, advertisers, and agencies through its unique reach as the global number one smart TV manufacturer.

We are looking for a person who likes early stage opportunities and would like to join a rapidly growing team. This person is central to helping to build relationships with our content partners and grow the partner base for the Samsung TV Plus European business across our Samsung TV Plus product, on our TVs, Mobiles or other devices.

Working Student (m/f/d) – Samsung TV Plus

Start: 01. April 2025

Location: Munich / Dusseldorf / Frankfurt

Role and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilites:

• Supporting local and pan-euro BD-teams in 16 different territories to ensure further premium offerings within TV Plus

• Assisting the pan-euro BD-Team in executing the content strategy, including vendor management, logistics support, coordinating channel launches, delegate management, pre/post-event client communications and overall administration tasks

• Contribute to reporting and planning cycles by collecting data and creating presentations

• Providing relevant regional and pan-euro contributions to our marketing and product management teams to further develop the service

• Support in developing and implementing service/business strategies through performance management that will feed into the overarching business strategy for each region and go-to-market services and activities.

Skills and Qualifications

These skills you should ideally have :

• You are a currently enrolled as a student, ideally in business or media studies

• You are interested in future technologies, digital media, TV & Streaming, Marketing

• You are a fast learner with good attention to detail

• You are a team player who enjoys working with others in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Ideally you already have some experience working in Sales or the Media landscape

• You have experience working with both PowerPoint and Excel

• You are fluent in German and English which is the business language within our BD-Team; proficiency in additional languages preferred.
