Anforderungen

  • •Enrollment in Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • •Strong analytical and communication skills
  • •Familiarity with process modeling and BPMN
  • •Proficiency in draw.io or similar diagramming tools
  • •Detail-oriented and structured approach to documentation
  • •Fluency in English; French or German is a plus

Deine Aufgaben

  • •Assist in designing and documenting 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes using BPMN 2.0
  • •Create standardized process diagrams with swim lanes, gateways, and timelines using draw.io
  • •Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to identify roles, actions, triggers, and decision points in workflows
  • •Ensure diagrams adhere to OPmobility’s BPM standards, including clear start/end points and concise action descriptions
  • •Support workshops and interviews to gather process information
  • •Maintain version history and documentation of process models
