•Manage stock and overall warehousing
•Coordinate material ordering and reception
•Communicate proactively about material delays and stock distribution
•Collaborate with distribution and kit production for outbound shipments
•Prepare transport documentation for shipments
•Support other departments as needed
•Provide information on pricing requests
•Source specific materials
•Work closely with clients on warehouse and sourcing management
•Conduct stock counting and inventory control checks
•Receive and inspect goods
•Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
•Develop and review standard operating procedures (SOPs)
•Ensure compliance with MARKEN policies and quality standards
•Adhere to health and safety policies while handling materials
