Anforderungen

- •Develop and implement a global strategy for performance management and talent development
- •Design and oversee global performance review frameworks and processes
- •Lead the strategy and delivery of innovative global learning programs
- •Identify skill gaps and curate relevant content for continuous learning
- •Create and deliver development programs, including mentorship and upskilling workshops
- •Establish succession planning processes and career mapping tools
- •Design initiatives that promote collaboration and innovation within the company culture
- •Develop strategies to measure and enhance employee engagement
- •Leverage HR technology to track performance metrics and inform decision-making
- •Collaborate with the CHRO and local HR teams on global people initiatives
- •Mentor and develop a global team of people development professionals
