In this Role, you’ll spearhead the transformation of our global commercial organization towards world class specialty business capabilities.
Your mission: to elevate sales, marketing, application development & technical, pricing, service, and digital strategy — all while building a world-class customer experience.

**What You Bring to the Table:**
* A degree in Business, Economics, or similar (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
* Experience in senior commercial roles with business line responsibility
* Track record in change management and driving major transformation programs to success
* Strong background in corporate and industrial manufacturing B2B environments (e.g. chemicals, metals, …)
* Strategic and financial acumen, paired with analytical thinking
* Proficient in project leadership, tools, and modern commercial approaches
* Digitally experienced and data-driven decision-maker
* Proven leader, excellent communicator, and cross-functional influencer
* High integrity, visionary mindset, and passion for excellence
* Intercultural skills and experience working abroad in global organizations
