## Visiting Analyst Portfolio Success (f/m/d), full-time in Munich ###### Intern / Student, Full-time ·Munich --- We are looking to expand our **Portfolio Success team** and are hiring a **Visiting Analyst (****Intern)** for **6 months** based in our **Munich** office. ##### About the Position Our VC fund has a unique and innovative approach to supporting founders and their startups. We offer a range of services to our portfolio companies to support them best at every stage of their growth. As a Visiting Analyst, you will be working closely with the Leadership Team of Portfolio Success to better understand Founder needs and designing a well-tailored service portfolio catering to the startups. ##### Your Responsibilities * Ensure accurate collection, cleaning and governance of Speedinvest’s master data base * Collect and verify services and benefits provided by third parties * Review existing knowledge management tools and content to identify gaps, facilitate collection of materials and knowledge sharing among team members * Ensure project reporting and support with various organizational and administrative tasks * Collaborate with Investment Managers to design tailored offerings and improve processes based on identified needs * Conduct ad-hoc research and create presentations on various topics * Be an integral part of the Portfolio Success team and contribute to ongoing and ad-hoc team projects, including organizing events bringing together founders ##### Your Qualifications * Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or currently enrolled in an MBA program) * Initial relevant work experience, preferably in a startup or in a fast-paced environment * Familiar with modern software and infrastructure (e.g. Python and/or Power BI is a plus) * Strong analytical skills, experience in data analysis, visualization and governance * Fluent in English ##### What We Offer? * Opportunity to work in a successful, innovative European Venture Capital Fund within an international team * Collaboration with colleagues from all seniority levels of Speedinvest and ongoing training to develop your technical, leadership and interpersonal skills * Working hands-on with founders of our portfolio companies * A chance to be part of an international, driven, talented and results-oriented team * Competitive compensation and additional benefits *Speedinvest believes in equal opportunities for everyone and encourages diversity and inclusion.
