Anforderungen
- •Degree in information technology, aerospace technology, or engineering
- •First experience in operational simulation-based analysis of system of systems in military scenarios
- •Familiarity with simulation tools and/or 3D Game Engines
- •Good practical programming experience in Python and C++
- •Good knowledge of modeling and simulation; operational knowledge in military domain is an advantage
- •First experience in project management with agile methods and appropriate tools; knowledge of Atlassian toolstack is an advantage
- •Knowledge of modeling and simulation
- •Fluent/business fluent English skills, both spoken and written
- •German knowledge would be of advantage
- •Independent and reliable way of working; analytical thinking skills; strong presentation and communication skills; ability to work in a team

- •Work in an agile project team
- •Plan and implement military studies
- •Conduct simulation-based analyses
- •Support workshops and customer interviews
- •Prepare study results for presentations
- •Collect and define customer requirements
- •Define Concept of Operations (CONOPS)
- •Develop simulation models and scenarios
- •Implement models into a 3D simulation framework
- •Generate simulation result data using Data Farming methodology
- •Evaluate results with data analysis and statistics
- •Manage interfaces between customers and departments
- •Support technical management of studies and projects
- •Assist in preparing offers and work package descriptions
- •Estimate effort for projects
- •Collaborate with specialists and external partners
