Anforderungen

•Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
•Experience or understanding of supplier quality management and non-conformity processes
•Knowledge of quality control tools and methodologies
•Familiarity with ERP systems and control plans
•Certification in quality management or related area
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities

•Manage supplier non-conformities
•Inform suppliers about non-conformities
•Implement securitization for non-quality costs
•Invoice costs of non-quality (CONQ S1)
•Organize retrofit actions when necessary
•Implement quality wall actions as needed
•Secure supplier corrective action plans
•Enforce preventive action plans for suppliers
•Drive improvement roadmaps for underperforming suppliers
•Conduct inspections for low-critical parts
•Ensure sustainability of control plans
•Lead incoming inspection activities
•Manage a team of inspectors
•Ensure compliance with defined control plans
