Anforderungen

•EU citizenship and aged 18 to 28
•Fulfillment of V.I.E program requirements
•University degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field
•Knowledge of aircraft manufacturing, maintenance processes, or technical support
•Proficiency with digital tools such as MS Office, SAP (SP1), OPAL, and Alinav
•Familiarity with PLM tools (CATIA V5, 3DX, Siemens NX), ERP/MRP systems, and data analytics tools (Power BI, Python/SQL basics)
•Skills in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (SSBB/Green Belt), and continuous improvement methodologies
•Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and communication skills
•Excellent command of English; additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish) are an advantage
