Anforderungen
- •Master’s Degree in Business or HR
- •Specialization in HR
- •Analytical skills
- •Ability to work in a team and multicultural environment
- •High degree of organization, structured, independent, and autonomous
- •Eagerness to learn
- •Good communication skills
- •Previous experience within Air Liquide or understanding of an international company
- •Understanding of industrial environment
- •English fluency
- •German fluency or basic knowledge with eagerness to learn

- •Support the HR team in ongoing HR transformation
- •Organize Learning & Development initiatives
- •Deploy Qualification & Training based on training needs analysis
- •Collaborate with Austria on cross-country training efforts
- •Manage training organization and administration in myHR
- •Assist with blue collar recruitment processes
- •Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
- •Implement the new HR Target Operating Model (HR TOM)
