Anforderungen

•Master’s Degree in Business or HR
•Specialization in HR
•Analytical skills
•Ability to work in a team and multicultural environment
•High degree of organization, structured, independent, and autonomous
•Eagerness to learn
•Good communication skills
•Previous experience within Air Liquide or understanding of an international company
•Understanding of industrial environment
•English fluency
•German fluency or basic knowledge with eagerness to learn
•French is nice to have

Deine Aufgaben

•Support the HR team in ongoing HR transformation
•Organize Learning & Development initiatives
•Deploy Qualification & Training based on training needs analysis
•Collaborate with Austria on cross-country training efforts
•Manage training organization and administration in myHR
•Assist with blue collar recruitment processes
•Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes
•Implement the new HR Target Operating Model (HR TOM)

Englisch – verhandlungssicher

Deutsch – Grundkenntnisse
