## Job Description
**YOU…**
* are involved in designing, developing, and improving the manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment, in order to optimize the production process, reduce costs and improve quality (German needed)
* run process simulations, creating a virtual representation of the manufacturing process for verification and validation of different production rates and other variable perimeters
* are responsible for Business Process Modeling, creating diagrams or flowcharts that show the sequence of activities in the process to identify improvements
* use Value Stream Mapping, analyzing and designing production steps and buffer stocks to identify bottlenecks
* are responsible for digitalization:
* Designing, building, testing or deploying computer software involved in the manufacturing process
* Data analysis - collecting data, cleaning and transforming the data, and analyzing it to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in the process
## Qualifications
**YOU…**
* have a completed a degree in mechanical, aeronautical or industrial engineering or a comparable course of study
* have knowledge of process engineering, production engineering in the aeronautics field
* are experienced handling of tools like Skywise, AnyLogic, SAP, ARIS or Microsoft Visio, CATIA, SolidWorks
* are ready to join a dynamic project environment
* are fluent in English and have a good command of German
