•Bac+5 degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
•Welding certification
•Experience or understanding of industrialization and automation
•Familiarity with robotic systems and automation technologies
•Strong understanding of industrial practices
•Ability to foster communication between multiple stakeholders
•Team spirit and strong communication skills
•Fluency in English

•Explore innovations related to non-destructive testing for welding applications
•Investigate laser welding wobbling and auto-adaptive functions
•Propose improvements to automated welding processes
•Manage welding projects, including establishing specifications and validating processes
•Organize and oversee validation tests
•Support on-site technology transfers and production phases
•Prepare technical reports and expert notes with findings and recommendations
•Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
•Participate in the Welding Robotic Committee to share technical results
