- •Welding certification
- •Experience or understanding of industrialization and automation
- •Familiarity with robotic systems and automation technologies
- •Strong understanding of industrial practices

- •Propose improvements to automated welding processes
- •Manage welding projects, including establishing specifications and validating processes
- •Organize and oversee validation tests
- •Support on-site technology transfers and production phases
- •Prepare technical reports and expert notes with findings and recommendations
- •Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- •Participate in the Welding Robotic Committee to share technical results
