Deine Aufgaben
- •Represent quality within the project team
- •Promote customer satisfaction through project safety and quality assurance
- •Coordinate all quality and safety activities from offer phase to contract closure
- •Act as the independent voice of the customer within the project organization
- •Interface with the customer’s quality and safety teams
- •Guide project teams in understanding their contributions to project quality
- •Serve as the interface for all aspects of project quality
- •Manage and synchronize the community of all quality disciplines supporting project execution
- •Support project audits and reviews of supplier quality management systems
- •Assist in preparing DFQ gate reviews and tracking related action plans
- •Report quality and safety alerts and manage non-conformities
- •Ensure quality of technical modifications and compliance with design change procedures
- •Analyze financial impacts of non-quality issues
- •Incorporate feedback from experience in risk and opportunity assessments
- •Collaborate to create and agree upon customer inspection acceptance criteria
- •Support the Project Manager/Director
- •Promote problem-solving to manage costs of non-quality
- •Support periodic progress reporting through quality indicators
