Anforderungen
- •Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking or Trade & Working Capital instruments and solutions
- •At least 2 to 3 years of customer facing or sales experience
- •B.A. in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent, or other university and business school qualifications
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Knowledge of Nordic and other languages is a plus
- •Expertise in trade & working capital products, structures, and geographies

- •Manage transactions through the internal approval process
- •Ensure adherence to internal processes and governance
- •Teach and develop junior staff
- •Support hiring and interviewing processes
