- •Monitor performance and establish corrective measures
- •Create KPI-based reporting structures for current and future forecasts
- •Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders
- •Ensure effective people management practices
- •Recruit, onboard, and develop team members
- •Manage performance and retention of staff
