- •Identify and evaluate new markets and revenue opportunities
- •Strengthen GlobeAir’s existing customer base
- •Evolve GlobeAir’s brand identity to reflect its values
- •Oversee digital, content, and performance marketing
- •Define and execute GlobeAir’s commercial strategy
- •Drive pricing, yield, and margin optimization
- •Lead integration of Sales and Flight & Sales Advisory teams
- •Promote alignment with Customer Operations for client handovers
- •Establish and maintain strategic alliances
- •Support business growth through partnerships with brokers and corporate clients
- •Ensure CRM data quality and utilization
- •Foster a performance-driven culture using data analytics
