•Identify and evaluate new markets and revenue opportunities
•Strengthen GlobeAir’s existing customer base
•Evolve GlobeAir’s brand identity to reflect its values
•Oversee digital, content, and performance marketing
•Define and execute GlobeAir’s commercial strategy
•Drive pricing, yield, and margin optimization
•Lead integration of Sales and Flight & Sales Advisory teams
•Promote alignment with Customer Operations for client handovers
•Establish and maintain strategic alliances
•Support business growth through partnerships with brokers and corporate clients
•Ensure CRM data quality and utilization
•Foster a performance-driven culture using data analytics
