## Vice President Marketing
Instagrid is looking for a VP Marketing to develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy. Being the first mover in the newly formed market of clean professional power stations, we have brought an “iPhone” moment to our early customers, and we are now aiming to expand our offering across the globe. This role requires not only a strategic thinker but a hands-on leader with a proven track record of execution. Pushed by the gains in productivity, safety and sustainability of our strong b2b customers base (e.g. construction or film & media), you are ready to drive brand strength and activate the marketing flywheel to efficiently convert early majority customers and achieve the next phase of exponential growth.
As the leader of Instagrid’s marketing team and core member of the company’s Senior Management Team, you will be responsible for devising and executing the full-funnel marketing strategy that fuels our growth, builds our brand and drives our business - globally.
### Your Impact
· Define and execute marketing strategies and budgets to drive global B2B growth and brand awareness
· Manage budgets and marketing activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI
· Work cross-functionally to drive adoption and success of marketing plans company-wide
· Lead and develop a 20+ member team, supported by agencies and external providers
· Optimize and scale efforts, experimenting with new channels, tactics, and strategies
## Requirements
· 15+ years of marketing experience in B2B companies, including scale-up environments with exponential growth
· Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies in key markets: US, DACH, France, UK, Benelux
· Experience building and leading a world-class multi-disciplinary team across multiple markets
· Strong analytical skills, using data to drive informed decisions
· Skilled in rapid hypothesis development, testing, and optimization
