Anforderungen

•Fully qualified Rechtsanwalt or equivalent legal qualification
•More than 8 years of relevant professional experience
•Expertise in data protection, data security, and digital/legal regulatory frameworks
•Strong legal expertise and pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset
•Interest in technical and digital topics
•Enjoyment of working in an international environment and collaboration within global teams
•Fluency in spoken and written English with excellent contract drafting skills
•German or additional languages are a plus

•Demonstrates ownership, integrity, and collaborative mindset

•Provide expert legal advice on data protection and privacy regulations
•Support compliance with applicable laws and regulations
•Advise on legal aspects of digital product development and deployment
•Draft, review, and negotiate business agreements, including software contracts
•Develop and maintain policies and guidelines for legal compliance
•Monitor legal and regulatory developments to ensure compliance
•Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal partners
•Deliver legal training and coordinate with Data Protection Officers
