  • •Optimize the supply chain to minimize costs and reduce lead times
  • •Improve efficiency through process enhancements
  • •Ensure optimal inbound and outbound logistics performance
  • •Maintain quality performance of suppliers
  • •Expand the supplier pool and identify new procurement sources
  • •Identify procurement risks and implement safeguarding measures
