Anforderungen
- •Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- •CA, CPA, or equivalent certification
- •10+ years accounting or financial experience
- •5 years senior leadership experience
- •Experience with SOX 404 and ICFR
- •Track record of remediating control deficiencies
- •Knowledge of public company control practices
- •Experience in international organizations preferred
- •Ability to influence senior stakeholders
- •Strong leadership presence and team development
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Highly organized and execution-focused
- •Strong judgment, integrity, and detail orientation
- •Strong knowledge of IFRS and SOX
- •Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or OneStream
- •Commitment to ethical business practices
- •Ability to operate in fast-paced environments

- •Lead the company's SOX 404 program
- •Perform scoping and risk assessments
- •Oversee internal control over financial reporting
- •Maintain process documentation and narratives
- •Partner cross-functionally to embed controls
- •Collaborate on IT general controls
- •Identify gaps and perform root-cause analysis
- •Develop and validate remediation plans
- •Coordinate with Internal Audit on testing
- •Report to the Audit Committee and leadership
- •Manage relationships with external auditors
- •Lead and coach the financial controls team
- •Automate and standardize control processes
- •Ensure controls evolve during business changes
