# Vice President - Corporate Finance (Healthcare M&A) **Zurich, Switzerland** | **Full time** **Business Unit:** Corporate Finance **Industry:** Healthcare **Scope** The Healthcare team at Houlihan Lokey are looking to add a Vice President in Zurich. Associates are given substantial responsibility and are encouraged to help us grow our business. **Responsibilities** * Lead and execute M&A transactions * Develop and review financial models including database systems * Coordinate and perform business due diligence * Prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations * Manage, mentor and develop the junior team * Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors * Acting as a key client contact on transactions, leading client meetings and playing a significant role in pitches * Assist in initiating and extending group marketing and client development efforts **Requirements/Qualifications** * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with **fluency in both German and English is required** (additional language skills are also advantageous) * 6+ years of experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance * Experience in the Healthcare sector favourably regarded, including completion of sell side mandates * Strong execution experience on end-to-end deals (closed deal experience) * Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring Financial Analysts & Associates * Must have the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously * Strong knowledge of accounting and applied financial theory * Strong work ethic, organizational skills and ability to multitask * Strategic mindset and strong sector insight with the ability to suggest the best solutions for our clients * Motivated, creative, outgoing and possess strong skills in financial analysis * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment * Ability to grow our business and act entrepreneurially Most importantly, we seek to attract dedicated, team-oriented candidates with a deep desire to win, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work hard to achieve the highest standards of performance. ***We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.***
