Vice President 5008 Product Stream(m/w/x)

In this role, you will drive the growth and competitiveness of the 5008 product stream by managing P&L, innovating products, and leading cross-functional teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve strategic decision-making in manufacturing and procurement, while also nurturing talent within your team.

Anforderungen

• •University degree in a relevant field; postgraduate qualification (PhD, MBA) preferred
• •6–10 years of leadership experience in product and solution development, ideally in MedTech
• •Proven success in driving growth, innovation, turnaround, and cost optimization initiatives
• •Strong record in delivering successful, revenue-generating product developments aligned with customer needs
• •Comprehensive expertise in product life cycle management and hemodialysis products, services, and therapies
• •Strategic thinker with solid business insight and the ability to translate complex information into effective actions
• •Experienced in strategic planning, product management, and marketing execution
• •Recognized for engaging leadership, accountability, and effective communication across diverse teams
• •Highly proficient in digital tools (MS Office, SAP, MindManager, Veeva, etc.)
• •Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are an asset
• •Willingness to travel
