Anforderungen
- •2–5 years of experience in validation on aerospace, robotic systems, or embedded robotics
- •Solid understanding of rigorous testing and validation methodology
- •Wide engineering culture around flight dynamics, control systems, avionics, and/or RF systems
- •Comfortable designing and executing structured test protocols
- •Experience with data analysis related to system testing
- •Pilot certification, experience with military or industrial drone platforms
- •Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills
- •Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide teams

- •Plan and execute validation and verification of defense systems in simulated and real-world conditions
- •Design and conduct rigorous flight test campaigns for new features and hardware configurations
- •Define, document, and refine structured test protocols

- •Recommend design improvements in collaboration with the R&D team
- •Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams to support debugging and iteration
