**Your Role – meaningful & rewarding**
* Take care of 80.000 users and improve their experience with our services and IT tools
* Monitor and push the progress of action plans from product and service owners and report the overarching status to national and international stakeholders, including senior management
* Develop project plans and schedules for activities improving the user experience
* Analyze technical, incident and feedback data from different tools (Service Now, Nexthink, Qualtrics) and carve out main polluters as well as other significant findings
* Translate numbers, data and facts into content-related improvement potential and derive meaningful actions with the collaboration of service and product owners
* International stakeholder management with the clear target to improve the user centricity
**Your Profile – authentic & open-minded**
* Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
* Exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
* Several years of professional working experience in relevant positions
* Strong project management skills
* Fluent in German and English
* High willingness to travel regularly in Europe
