•5+ years in UX Design, Product Design, or Interaction Design
•University degree in Interaction Design, User Research, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or comparable fields
•Practical experience with generative and evaluative research methods
•Strong interaction design fundamentals and user-centered design thinking
•Hands-on experience with Figma/FigJam
•Curiosity about AI design tools
•Excellent communication skills in English
•Humble, collaborative, and open to feedback
•Ability to communicate design details to engineers
•Comfort working in a global, hybrid, multi-time zone environment
•Strong time and priority management skills
•Collaborative mindset in international teams
