• •5+ years of experience in performance marketing
• •Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with >$1M monthly budget responsibility
• •Deep knowledge of key UA metrics and familiarity with various attribution models
• •In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok and Facebook Ads
• •Strong project management, prioritization, and hands-on execution skills
• •Exceptional attention to detail and superior problem-solving abilities
• •Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• •Strong background in data analytics and/or engineering
