Anforderungen
- •University degree in Human Factors Engineering, HCI, Psychology, Interaction Design, or related field
- •2–4 years of experience in usability engineering or strong foundational knowledge in the discipline
- •Hands-on experience with qualitative research and insight synthesis
- •Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- •Confidence in clinical environments and collaboration with healthcare professionals
- •Strong communication and facilitation skills
- •Fluent in English and German
- •Familiarity with medical-device usability standards
- •Experience in risk management
- •Basic wireframing skills
